As an Independent Contractor, you will be able to set your own scheudle, you will recieve a 1099-Misc/NEC and be responsbile for your own taxes, and no taxes will be deducted from your pay.

There is an initial background check fee of $9.99. There is a fee for the cost of each client certification course. Those fees can be as low as $0 and up to $149. There is also the IBO fee of $30 per pay period that INCLUDES the Arise platform usage fee of $19.75 and covers 24/7 support, research and resolve any issues, processing your invoices and payments for work performed. You can deduct ALL fees paid when filing your taxes, something that W2 employees can no longer do because of the Tax Cut and Jobs Act.

You will get paid once you have completed the client's certification and start servicing clients. After completing certification, you will get paid on the 16th and begining/end of the month. You and Arise will execute a Statement of Work (SOW) for each client program you choose to service. You may only service 3 clients at one time, however, you are not authorized to train for more than one client at once. Once the Statement of Work (SOW) is signed, you will then be a proud member of the Global Travel Solutions, Inc team and can begin to service and earn revenue.

They pay varies between clients but is usually between $8.00 to $16.00 an hour and there are often opportunities for incentives.

You will be able to start earning revenue as soon as you have completed the client certification course which averages 2-6 weeks. The certification period is NOT paid because this is an independent contractor position but there are some clients who have a nested/blended period usually the last week of certification where you can start to earn revenue. Most clients do require that you work a minimum of 15-20 hours a week during their hours or operation. You are usually allowed to work more as long as they are available. You can also certify for more than one client for even more hours of work.

All Independent Business Owners (that would be us) and their agents (that means you) will be required to have a background check completed. Requirements regarding the impact of background checks may vary from project to project. Background checks are completed through First Advantage.
